C Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewelers celebrates two inspiring women
Dr Premila Naidu
Dr. Premila Naidu started her journey as a pediatric dentist, while others were unaware of the specialty.
She pledged her wedding jewelry to raise funds to start her first pediatric dental clinic, SmallBites, which offered an unprecedented child-friendly environment. She also provides other women with training and employment opportunities. During the pandemic, she introduced video consultation with Telebites, through which she reached out to parents around the world and offered support and advice during dental emergencies.
Dr. Naidu inspires moms and working women with talks on bodybuilding, fitness, and stress management. She follows her heart, nurturing a passion for motorcycling and model making. Dr. Naidu expresses her courage and refined taste with C Krishniah Chetty’s deep-hued citrine and diamond earrings and brooches, paired with her leather jackets, as she hits the roads on her daring journey .
For a once shy and conservative Seethalakshmi Srilal, journalism has been a real eye-opener.
The first years were tough. Her first break came when she hired a Minister of Higher Education, who had copied her university exams and morally could not continue in her post. In another bold story, she was moved by an anonymous letter about starving Sri Lankan refugee children. Although she was warned that she would be seen as an LTTE sympathizer, she continued the story and raised huge funds to support the children. His investigative reporting on land encroachments, college seat scams, and misuse of public funds was not easy. But she stayed the course and remained honest and diligent in her day-to-day duties.
From joining as an intern, she soon became the Chief Reporter/City Editor (News Team), for a newspaper in Bengaluru. Srilal chooses bold navratna set jewelry from C Krishniah Chetty, which best flatters her colorful personality.
